Bartercard made the decision to outsource some of the roles within our Australian operation in 2018, and after much research we chose to partner with Outsourced HR Solution based in Clark, Philippines.

I have always been somewhat skeptical of offshore employee’s for my business and had a major blockage with my team needing to be in my workplace for me to manage. That skepticism has been thrown out of the window since starting work with Offshore Human Resource Services.
